At OM Body, we’re proud to offer a wide range of yoga, movement, and fitness classes designed with adults in mind. Whether you’re brand new to mindful movement or have years of practice, our classes are open and accessible to all ages and abilities.
Every class is taught in a multilevel format, meaning you’ll always have options for intensifications if you’re looking to push yourself, as well as modifications if you’re honoring where your body is that day.
Our offerings span heated yoga, restorative practices, functional movement, strength-based fitness, technical and creative dance and additional modalities that connect mind, body, and breath. No matter which class you choose, you’ll find an encouraging space, experienced teachers, and a community that values progress over perfection.
Yoga & Meditation.
The yoga classes listed below are all multi-level classes that will include props and variations
of poses and postures for all levels. A savanna will be available at the end of all yoga classes.
A mat is required, yoga blocks and hand
towels will be provided.
*For heated classes: The room will be heated to above body temp to loosen the muscles & joints to reduce injuries.
Heated Vinyasa - (Power Flow)
This yoga class is a faster breath to movement yoga asana practice that incorporates dynamic movements to lengthen the muscles, create heat in the body, and move energy around in order to still the mind.
Classes will begin with a slower, gentle warm-up that builds energy into salutations & flowing sequences to strengthen the body before slowing down into deeper cool-down stretches to prepare for the stillness of savasana.
Heated Flow to Holds
Heated Flow to Holds is a slower breath to movement yoga asana practice that incorporates dynamic movements to lengthen the muscles, create heat in the body, and move energy around in order to still the mind. The class will focus on movement to loosen the tissue and transition into holding standing poses to reduce wrist, shoulder, neck fatigue.
Classes will begin with a slower, gentle warm-up that builds heat in the body into gentle flowing sequences to before transitioning into slower sequences with longer held poses to strengthen the body and build endurance without the intensity of vinyasas. The class will then slow down into deeper cool-down stretches to prepare for the stillness of savasana.
MyoFascial Release & Mobility
This class blends myofascial release and functional mobility training. You’ll move with intention through sequences designed to improve joint health, flexibility, and body awareness while restoring balance to your nervous system.
Expect a mix of guided mobility exercises, deep tissue release using props, breath-work, and dynamic stretching all woven into a rhythmic experience. Perfect for athletes, yogis, and anyone craving more freedom and resilience in their movement.
Restorative Soundbath
Settle into deep rest with this calming class that blends gentle, restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of sound. Supported by props and guided relaxation, you’ll move through soothing postures designed to release tension and quiet the mind. As you rest, the resonance of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will create a soundscape that encourages balance, renewal, and inner peace.
Open to all levels and abilities, this practice offers a sanctuary from the demands of daily life and invites you to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored in both body and spirit.
Pilates & Conditioning.
Pilates Fusion *Express
This 45-minute express class blends the precision and alignment of classical mat work with dynamic, conditioning-based movement to awaken every muscle. Expect fiery sequencing that strengthens the core, sculpts the body, and re-centers your focus.

Designed to build heat, balance strength with control, and leave you feeling both grounded and ignited.T he warmth enhances circulation and flexibility, while the use of props allows you to both modify and intensify each exercise, making it accessible for all levels.
Heated Fire & Flow - (Pilates/ Yoga)
This is the perfect balance of strength and release. The first half of class features 30 minutes of Pilates-inspired conditioning in an tabata format, moving through three targeted circuits: upper body, core, and lower body. Each sequence is designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while keeping your body engaged and challenged.
The second half shifts into 30 minutes of heated flow, where you’ll unwind, lengthen, and restore through fluid yoga-inspired movement. The warmth of the room encourages deeper release and helps reset both body and mind, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and renewed.

This class blends strength and power in the most intentional way! Participants will move through Pilates-inspired conditioning in a Tabata format, working through 3 targeted circuits: Upper body, core, and lower body. Each sequence is designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while keeping your body challenged and fully engaged!

Our adult dance classes are designed for anyone looking to begin their dance journey for the first time or return after time away. Each class is multilevel and welcomes a variety of abilities, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. All classes are held in our air-conditioned studios with Marley sprung floors, providing comfort, joint protection, and safety while you move.

Adult Hip Hop - Open Level
Let loose in this high-energy class designed for adults of all backgrounds and abilities. Rooted in the fundamentals of hip hop, you’ll explore rhythm, musicality, and style through fun combinations that get your body moving and your confidence growing.
Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after some time away, this open-level class meets you where you are with modifications and progressions to keep things accessible and challenging.

Adult Improv & Embodied Movm’t
Adult Improv is a creative space to use movement and dance as PLAY!
To improv is to “express what is alive right now.” This class will invite you to explore different styles, shapes, and movements within YOUR body through a variety of embodied practice and prompts. Adult improv is a place for you respond to the truth of how you want to express! No dance experience is necessary.

Step into your confidence with this empowering class that blends the technique of jazz with the sass of burlesque foundations.
Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by across-the-floor progressions and a choreographed combo that invites you to explore musicality, freedom, and play. Designed to be sexy, fun, and full of expression, this class is perfect for a girls’ night out or anyone looking to move with boldness and joy.
While non-marking sole heels with ankle support are encouraged, they are not required. Bare feet are always welcome as you build strength, balance, and comfort at your own pace!
